For over 90 years, the Shapira family has guided Heaven Hill Distillery, standing as America’s largest independent, family-owned and operated Bourbon distillery. Because this signature line bears the family name, every bottle directly embodies nine decades of shared pride, integrity, and hands-on craftsmanship. To modernize the distillery's presence while honoring this deep legacy, the brand introduced a comprehensive evolution centered around the campaign "Distilling What Matters."
The creative identity focuses on stripping away extraneous noise to celebrate what is essential: craft, heritage, and genuine family stewardship. Visually anchored by a bold, arched headline mark and a rich dark blue palette, the design pairs contemporary typography with archival storytelling. Layered translucent vellum sheets, historical barrelhouse stamps, and large-format wheatpaste posters bring the brand’s history to life with tactile warmth, establishing a timeless visual language that respects Heaven Hill’s past while confidently positioning it for the modern bourbon enthusiast.
